For Standard Products:
- We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for standard products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and undamaged item within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and tags included.

For Customized Products:
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Each customized product is specially made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
- If you receive a defective or damaged customized item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
