Return and refund policy

At Baritono, all products are handcrafted and assembled on order. We do not maintain ready stock. Every unit, whether customised or non-customised, is manufactured and assembled specifically after an order is placed.

Due to this made-to-order production model, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any product, including customised and non-customised items.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection
- Dissatisfaction after delivery
- Colour, finish, or handmade variation differences
- Any other reason not related to a verified technical or manufacturing issue

Since our products are handmade, minor finishing differences may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Damaged Product on Delivery

We accept replacement only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for replacement:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must show the sealed package, the opening process, and the damage clearly.
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved after verification, the product will be replaced.

Technical or Manufacturing Issue Within 7 Days

If your product faces any technical or manufacturing issue within 7 days of delivery, Baritono will provide a direct replacement after verification.

To claim this, the customer must either:
- Show the product at our service centre, or
- Courier the product to our service centre at their own cost

The order number must be clearly mentioned on the parcel.

After our service team inspects the product and approves the issue, we will replace the product directly.

Baritono will not arrange pickup for such cases. The customer is responsible for sending or bringing the product to our service centre.

Technical Issue After 7 Days

If a technical issue is reported after 7 days from delivery, the product will not be eligible for direct replacement.

In such cases:
- The customer must show the product at our service centre, or
- Courier the product to our service centre at their own cost
- The order number must be clearly mentioned on the parcel
- Our service team will inspect the product
- If the issue qualifies under our policy, we will repair the product and send it back to the customer

For approved repair cases, Baritono will bear the cost of sending the repaired product back to the customer.

Cases Not Covered

Replacement or repair will not be applicable in cases of:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Accidental damage
- Breakage
- Misuse or mishandling
- Use of incorrect or high-power chargers
- Product tampering
- Damage caused after delivery
- Issues reported without required proof
- Any issue caused by customer negligence

Personalised Products

Personalised or engraved products are not eligible for return or refund.

However, if a personalised product has a verified technical or manufacturing issue, it will be handled as per the above replacement or repair policy.

Important Notes

- No returns or refunds are applicable on customised or non-customised products.
- Within 7 days, approved technical or manufacturing issues are eligible for replacement.
- After 7 days, approved technical issues are eligible for repair.
- In both cases, the customer must bring or courier the product to our service centre at their own cost.
- Baritono does not arrange pickup.
- For approved repair cases after 7 days, Baritono will send the repaired product back to the customer at Baritono’s cost.
- Replacement or repair approval is subject to inspection and verification.
- Baritono reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on evaluation results.
