Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for non-customized products that are:

    • Unused and in original packaging.

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

     

No Returns or Exchanges on Customized and Superhero Edition Products

Due to the personalized nature of our customized Bluetooth speakers—including engraving, fragrance, color options, and design requests—we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each custom item is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Additionally, our Superhero Edition speakers are made fresh to order and are not kept in stock. As such, these items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will work with you to offer a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
