Return and refund policy

At Baritono, all products are handcrafted and assembled on order. We do not maintain ready stock. Every unit, whether customised or non-customised, is manufactured and assembled specifically after an order is placed.

Due to this made-to-order production model, we follow a strict no-return policy.

No Returns Policy (Customised and Non-Customised Products)

We do not accept returns for any product, including customised and non-customised items.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, dissatisfaction after delivery, or any other reason.

Damaged Product on Delivery

We accept replacement only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible:

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show the sealed package, the opening process, and the damage clearly.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once approved, the damaged product will be picked up and replaced.

Technical or Manufacturing Defects

If the product faces any technical or manufacturing issue, we offer replacement only, not repair.

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a pickup and replacement, delivered back to your doorstep.

Issues Reported After 7 Days

If a technical issue is reported after 7 days from delivery:

The customer must ship the product to our service centre at their own cost.

Our team will inspect the product.

If the issue qualifies under our policy, the product will be replaced and shipped back to the customer.

No Repairs Policy

Baritono does not offer repairs, including during the warranty period.

All eligible cases are resolved only through replacement.

Important Notes

No returns or refunds are applicable on customised or non-customised products.

Replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification.

Baritono reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on evaluation results.
