🚚 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Customized products (engraving, design, fragrance, color, etc.) may require up to 7 business days for processing before shipping.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer pan-India shipping via trusted courier partners.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 may apply.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra COD fee.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and link to track the shipment in real-time.

🛑 Delays & Disruptions

Delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen weather conditions

• Courier delays

• Remote delivery zones

• Festive season overloads

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, but we’re always here to help.

🧾 Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

• Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

• If the parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
