At Baritono, all products are handcrafted and assembled on order. We are committed to packing every order securely and dispatching it with care. Please read our shipping terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All Baritono products are made and assembled after an order is placed.

Standard order processing time is 2–4 business days.

Customised products, including name engraving, design customisation, fragrance selection, colour customisation, or any other personalised option, may require up to 7 business days for processing before dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days for metro cities

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days, depending on courier service availability

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, courier partner, weather conditions, holidays, or festive season delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. No shipping charges are applicable on prepaid orders for the first delivery attempt.

Cash on Delivery orders, if available, may include an additional COD fee or shipping charge, which will be shown at checkout before placing the order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking link to check the real-time status of your shipment.

DELAYS & DISRUPTIONS

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Remote delivery locations
- Festive season overload
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Operational issues with third-party logistics partners

Baritono is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but our support team will assist you wherever possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at the time of checkout.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned back to us.

If a prepaid order is returned to us after all possible courier delivery attempts, the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges again to get the order re-shipped.

Free shipping on prepaid orders applies only to the first delivery attempt. Re-shipping charges will be applicable if the order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, you must share:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the package and product
- A clear and continuous unboxing video
- Details of the issue

Claims without proper proof, especially an unboxing video, may not be accepted.
