1. ABOUT BARITONO
Baritono offers handcrafted and made-to-order lifestyle electronics, including customised speakers and related products.
All products are assembled with care after an order is placed. Some products may include personalisation options such as name engraving, design customisation, fragrance selection, colour customisation, or other custom features.
2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using our website, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate and complete information
- You will not misuse the website or attempt to harm its functionality
- You will not use the website for any unlawful activity
- You will not copy, reproduce, or misuse Baritono’s content, product images, designs, branding, or website material without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or cancel access if we believe the website is being misused.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try our best to display product details, colours, images, pricing, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, engraving, or assembly may occur. These natural handmade differences are not considered defects.
Product images shown on the website are for reference and presentation purposes. The final product may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, handmade finishing, or customisation choices.
4. ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided.
Baritono reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order in cases such as:
- Incorrect product pricing
- Payment failure
- Stock or material unavailability
- Incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Delivery location not serviceable by courier partners
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Baritono, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. CUSTOMISED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Most Baritono products are made and assembled after an order is placed.
Customised products may include name engraving, colour selection, fragrance selection, design customisation, or any other personalised option selected by the customer.
Customers are responsible for entering correct customisation details at the time of placing the order.
Baritono will not be responsible for errors made by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong colour choices, or incorrect personalisation details.
Once a customised or made-to-order product goes into processing, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and availability at any time without prior notice.
Payments may be accepted through available payment methods on the website, including prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery, where available.
Baritono does not store complete card details, UPI details, or banking information. Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations.
COD orders may include an additional COD fee or shipping charge, which will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
Baritono reserves the right to verify COD orders through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.
If a COD order is not confirmed, rejected during verification, or appears suspicious, Baritono may cancel the order.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product processing time, customer location, courier availability, public holidays, festive season delays, weather conditions, or operational issues with logistics partners.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Baritono is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but our support team will assist wherever possible.

9. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND FAILED DELIVERY
Customers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at the time of checkout.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Free shipping on prepaid orders applies only to the first delivery attempt.
If a prepaid order is returned to us after all possible courier delivery attempts, the customer will be required to pay shipping charges again to get the order re-shipped.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REPAIRS
Baritono follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy because our products are handmade and made-to-order.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection
- Dissatisfaction after delivery
- Colour, finish, or handmade variation differences
- Customisation details entered incorrectly by the customer
If the product is received damaged, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
For technical or manufacturing issues, replacement or repair will be handled as per Baritono’s Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

11. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, you must share:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the package and product
- A clear and continuous unboxing video
- Details of the issue
Claims without proper proof, especially an unboxing video, may not be accepted.
12. PRODUCT USAGE AND CARE
Customers must use Baritono products responsibly and as per the usage instructions provided.
Baritono will not be responsible for damage caused by:
- Mishandling
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Accidental damage
- Use of incorrect or high-power chargers
- Product tampering
- Unauthorised repair attempts
- Negligence or misuse
Any such damage may make the product ineligible for replacement, repair, or warranty support.
13. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Warranty, replacement, and repair support will be provided only for eligible technical or manufacturing issues after inspection and verification by Baritono.
The customer may be required to show, deliver, or courier the product to our service centre at their own cost.
Baritono reserves the right to approve or reject any service claim based on inspection results.
14. OFFERS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS
Baritono may run offers, discounts, free engraving promotions, prepaid benefits, or other promotional campaigns from time to time.
All offers are subject to availability and may be changed, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes or offers cannot be clubbed unless clearly mentioned.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Baritono website, including product designs, images, videos, graphics, logos, text, layout, branding, and creative material, belongs to Baritono or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial or personal use without written permission from Baritono.

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree that Baritono may contact you through email, SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp for order updates, delivery coordination, support, feedback, or promotional communication where permitted.

Our maximum liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
20. CANCELLATION BY BARITONO
Baritono reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

- Incorrect pricing
- Product or material unavailability
- Serviceability issues
- Suspected fraud
- Misuse of offers
- Incorrect or incomplete customer details
In case of eligible prepaid order cancellation by Baritono, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
